Pretty sure it's just the NHL's incompetence showing yet again, highlighting all of the people they paid to come to the award show, despite no one actually caring. The only good parts of the show are the montages and acceptance speeches from foreigners.

He just had a phone interview on NHL Live! and yeah, he's trying to hold to the story that he likes hockey, and I think he outsourced all of his material-writing to Down Goes Brown.

That's a pretty steep price, and the last time the Oilers got a big guy named Dustin, we ended up with an over-sized marshmallow named Penner*.

If I recall correctly he didn't so much turn it on as he had streaks of awesomeness. Not saying he's a bad player but that price is pretty high for a player that had 34 points in the regular season and 16 in the playoffs.

I would imagine SJ picking up Turco(OOOOLLLLLLLLLD) out of the current G's on the market, then again he may not want to just because him leaving Dallas to join SJ might upset all the fans he's earned there. Don't know how much $ matters to him.
