Saw some of the highlights of the rally in Chicago, wow.
I laughed at Kane making the comment about cab drivers, and Keith asking if anyone knew any good dentists, then smiling like a Jack-o-Lantern was gold.

Next Friday is Draft Day! Should be a few moves made that day, there always is.

Chicago PR made him apologize for the Cab Driver Cup Rally comments.... I'd have flipped off the media and told them to blow it our their ass, that I just scored the cup winning goal, and saying kind things isn't going to garuntee the cabbie can make change next time.

No, we're the Pens. We sign 8 Centers and make half of them play a wing. Rupp/Talbot/Letestu/Adams all, at least part-time, centers.

Dupius/Kunitz/Kennedy good for next year. Hoping we can resign Cooke; Guerin 1 more year wouldn't be the worst thing ever, either. Fedotenko is done though. AND HERE COMES TANGREDI!!!!!

That site has Mark Eaton listed as only the 18th best D-man available this offseason - 17th if you count Rob Blake retired. Then again, it listed Dan Hamhius and Anton Volchenkov at 14th and 15th respectively, so take it with a grain of salt.

It's listed in order of TOI/G. Teams that are weaker 1-6 like Washington are going to have guys like Corvo playing more minutes than a guy like Hamhuis who's behind Weber and Suter on an incredibly deep defense.

Good run Stars, really bummed we dropped 4 in a row after taking 2 from them at home, but it looks like they figured out how to counter us pretty well. Props to the Hershey coaching staff.

Still pretty amazing in our first year we made all the way to the Calder Cup Finals. Austin/Cedar Park is red hot and hockey is making a great impact in Southern Texas. Our run was great for the Stars, great for the region, and great for hockey in general.
