Caps resign Fleischmann to 1 year, $2.6 mil. I really figured they would have moved him, and probably will during the season if he keeps up his inconsistency.

Agreed, and the same goes for Semin. Both need to get better defensively and stay healthy, or else they'll be dealt and we could see the Washington Bears start to take over. Next summer's UFAs if nothing changes: Semin, Knuble, Fleischmann, Laich, Bradley, B.Gordon, Poti, Erskine. And Valramov, Neuvirth and Alzner will be RFAs. Ouch.

Anyone who thinks Pascal Dupius is a joke of a hockey player who doesn't deserve to be in the league much less have a ring clearly hasn't watched the Pens enough... He'd be a solid 3rd line caliber player on any team. Good speed, GREAT shot, responsible defensively, and has a good work ethic.

Was Dupuis hurt or something during the '09 playoffs? I remember him being a total non-factor. Also, what's with the Fedotenko hatred? He slipped a bit last year but he's a solid 3 winger. It's not his fault the Pens have no wings and he has to be on your top line.

Also, do we have any rogue Blues fans here? Caps acquired D.J. King and all I'm reading is "enforcer." Any other useful information?

He is big and really good at punching people, and has already said he doesn't like Talbot's comments. But yeah the punching people is about as far as you'll need to know most likely.

Im so fucking tired of people leaving after you score on NHL10. In 11 next month it should be if you quit a game early you can't join a new game for 15 minutes. I just put up with this dumbest fucking scoring luck on some clown who thinks checking is how to get the puck off someone and finally in the 3rd, still 0-0, I go end to end with Dupius for a SHG and he quits. This is after I've had 25+ shots and a glitched penalty shot that like didn't count / didn't register??? I took the shot and the goalie didn't move and then it cut to the replay of the penalty again and the crowd/announcers gave no indication of me having ever taken the PS. Whatever. This is horseshit.

Fedotenko falls down on his skates more than I would and flat out has no work ethic in the regular season. A lot of Pens fans let it slide last season in hopes he would turn it up in the playoffs again, but he was just an all-out disaster this season, and I'm very happy that he is a FA right now.

Yeah this is a huge peeve of mine, I would love it if they would temp/perma ban users from online play after hitting a certain quota of DNF games.

If they leave 800~k in space for injuries, they have around 4.4m to fill 5 roster spots, 2 of which being goaltenders. A shade more if they swap out Stalberg to Rockford and replace him with a minimum wage guy.
