I've never done a fantasy sport. But it seems easy enough to understand. I'd be in for a free fantasy league.

Can probably up this to 14 or 16 teams (assuming ESPN or Yahoo allow it), but 16 is really the limit given the # of teams in the league and everyone ought to have 2 starting goalies. If we have more people interested next month than we take when I actually register our league and begin setting it up, I'll have to cut a couple people - those who did it last season but never touched their team (I think some guy named lolBST was one, for example) will automatically be the first cut.

Super stoked. The league last year gave me a reason to pay attention to the rest of the teams out there. Made it a lot more fun.

Also Detroit is starting to look pretty nice. Wonder if they will be in a race for top spot in the division with Chicago.

It'll be either or, the rest of the central has solid goaltending but the teams as a whole just don't have the talent yet to compete for the division title. Nashville would probably be in consideration if they got a few more pieces, but no way Columbus or St. Louis as they stand now.

So you pick an actual team rather than just drafting players together into your own team?

You pick your team, made up from players on real teams. Like you draft 6 d, 9 forwards, 2 goalies, or more depending how it's set up with bench players and then based on how that player performs in real life, you get points in the fantasy for.

Honestly Im actually probably wrong on who my players were, I think I'm remembering my team from a different league but w/e. You get the idea. We do a live draft, the PC can autodraft for you if you can't make it, but it isn't advised.
