I may be picking up 2011 this year for the 360, if it's anything like 2010 was. I heard 10 was really awesome, but I haven't bought an NHL game since probably...07? I want simple controls man! Like it's 1994-97! Don't like all these fancy shenanigans.

It sounds complicated, moving with 1 stick and moving the actual puck back and forth/aiming your shots at the net/etc with the other stick and then still needing your trigger fingers on the top of the controller for pass and shit, but it comes really, really naturally. Only thing that takes a little practice is aiming shots at the net on the move at gamespeed.

On Halak, I really like the move for both sides. St. Louis gets to keep Hockey's Future's #1 overall prospect, D-man Alex Pietrangelo and gets the difference-maker goalie that Chris Mason just wasn't going to be. For Montreal, with both Price and Halak being RFAs, you get as much as you can for one of them before July 1st. What sucks is the trade is going to be judged based on if Price ever get as far in the playoffs as Halak did, and not applauded for cashing in when someone's value is as high as it's going to be.
