Thing is, member in question had been in said exp party for 2 hours now and knew ahead of time their was an ls event, and they chose to stay in the exp party over ls event.

Well in his defense, you know how hard it s to get an exp pt right now? At least on slyph. Every camp taken and still 143 ppl lfp atm. Got a group of 1 55 and five 75+s synced to leypoint (which they're not doing so well right now cause my magian is x600 birds lol).

Once I got a pt under these conditions, I stayed in it until I dinged 80 12 hours later.

Have to agree with this. Fucking hard to find a good camp/party that's actually open. If i had an excellent party that wasn't breaking any time soon I sure as hell would stay with it.

The only place that comes to mind immediately with a decent number of Amorph pops is the Million Eyes area in Den of Rancor. Which, back when Hakutaku eyes actually sold, would have been exciting. Now I'm hoping for something better.

The common answer I've heard is 2-3 (Three only if one of the PTs is lousy).

Well, Kuftal's worms are on a far longer respawn. Otherwise, the oldschool raptor camp (near Yowie) had a fair number of worms if I'm remembering right. That said, I'm doing this as a DNC--not the most powerful of DDs obviously.... the hippogryph trial is taking me extensive amounts of time (15 hours total at 3min/kill unless someone responds to a damn "Team Up?" tell one of these years). If there's a risk of slowing myself down by having to deal with a non-amorph (bat, crab, wtfever) I'd rather pass.

Im about to start that trial as well. With my experience best method to deal with these trials is for a shout group. Walked into ro meave with a full pt of daggers/scythes on same trial. Took us 3 hours to finish. Hippos took about 4 hours using similar methods.

Id suggest the worms near cemetery cherry spot, a few beetles that might aggro but nothing a dancer cant handle. If you can manage to hoar 2-3 friends into it should be able to get the trial half done in one sitting.

Still pretty new to Magian Trials thing since I've still yet to do it, but what's best weapon/trials? to do for someone who pretty much has no access to VNM? Is there anything worthwhile for DRG/COR/BLU that doesn't involve VNM?

I feel like a tard asking in here, Ive been looking for the new Model Viewer lists for the June update and I saw that other locked thread where that guy literally got his head ripped off ,_,) Ive been REALLY trying to find the Lists trough the 500000 pages of info but I CANT FIND IT! So Im asking ... anyone has it? Id be so super grateful /;_/ <3 sryinadvance

So...are monsters that only give 30 exp (that's as low as it gets, right?) supposed to be able to aggro you? fighting some 59-62s for magian at lv79 and I don't remember stuff with this much level difference aggroing me.

You didn't mention your level, so I'll assume 75. A mob that only gives 30 exp at level 75 is 19 levels below you. Anything lower is TW. These shouldn't aggro. The aggro cutoff is ~15 levels (I could be a little off on this, but not terribly far). Level 60 mobs have always been perfectly capable of aggroing you at 75.

Page 31/32 has the most recent lists for Altana Viewer, if you meant Model Viewer in particular then idk.

Is there an updated version of recast? Mine still has footwork as "unknown-ability"

I mentioned I was 79. Just irritated since if I were to do the trial at 80, lv59s would be TW and the remaining 60-62s would still aggro me...

So you did... I blame the all-day hippogryph slaughter. :< Does sound like a bit of a bug. There's always been a couple of levels where mobs as EP but don't aggro. It's weird for them to remove that now.
