Am I missing something? Why are these seemingly pos weapons going for such huge money?

Where is a good place to kill 50 spiders (that yield EXP at 75-76) under fire/wind/lightning/light weather? Boyahda is so-so, but lightning weather seems to be kind of scarce there.

Tell me about it, doing Goobbues during lightning weather only in the tree and sometimes it's gone before I can kill more than 1-2 mobs.

Kuftal's only weathers are fire and wind, you'd probably have better luck there.

I'm considering working on Magian Trial weapons for various jobs, and would like some insight on which weapons to aim for.

MNK (Is primarily used for Salvage, and maybe other side events, XP/Limbus/etc)

DRK (Salvage, events, HNMs) * Is also a job I like to play when possible.

RNG (Limited to whatever events RNG is useful on, or HNMs.) * Is also a job I like to play when POssible

DRG (Same as DRK and MNK) * Also a job thats fun to play.

Also, is the OAThrice gkt worth making, despite only being 4 more dmg than Soboro? and just wait patiently for next upgrade?

If you check out the Magian weapons thread on the most recent or second-most recent page someone posted a series of trials that involve the 'ws dmg +%' paths. The end of one of them for DRK can be a D105 Delay528 STP+7 scythe which is 7 STP better than my current choice of Ultimatum.

It's pretty damned hard to get the OAT Vengeance with high damage and it doesn't necessarily upgrade well as of right now. Also the Redemption is looking extremely difficult and no one's even found Chloris yet so good luck with that. Not a doctor but unless you have a great way of finding 10 Verthandi eyes this weapon seems to be a cool choice. Of course it all depends on what you like.

Second this question, having a hard time figuring out which RNG weapon (Between Gun/Bow) is superior, also considering which is superior depending on average pDIF of the event.

Also, to this poster, iirc the final form OAT Scythe and OAT Polearm are the superior weapons for those two jobs atm. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Aggro has always had the 15 level rule right? 59 and below don't aggro at 75, and the same is true below that too?

Cause now I'm 80 but lv 60+ mobs still aggro. Is this a glitch, or did I miss something fundamental about this whole idea? did they not update (or purposefully leave the same) aggro for 80 as it was at 75?

I did Qufim until 38, Then first jungle from 38-40 (stopped there, could go another few levels) at the OP killing monkeys. After that, second jungle on bees, iirc, should take you to 49.

I don't think the 15 level rule has always applied at lower levels, only at 75. I can support you in that 60+s do indeed aggro at 80, but I would call that the norm rather than the exception. If it's Too Weak, I expect it to not aggro, and if it's Easy Prey, I expect it to. If SE changed something, it would be worth seeing if Lv59s check Too Weak, or if they are still Easy Prey (thereby increasing the 'Easy Prey' check range from -20 levels)

Ooo. Thanks for posting this. I have Ultimatum, but if I was to continue with any weapon to it's Emp stage it would be H2H. I needed something that didn't suck balls for my DRK and this seems to hit the jackpot. Looks easy to obtain too, I take it they must be performed on EP+ mobs that yeild exp? Or can they be done anywhere (Campaign etc)?

It also doesn't look boring as shit, unlike Ulti.
