Where is a decent Wamorua/Wamouracampa camp in Halvung? I have vague memories of there being some at the Achamoth ??? but I can't remember for sure. Have to kill 200 for my Magian quest and finding some which aren't being blown up my blms is proving a mission. Or would it just be quicker for me to use my alt's blm and solo them on that while my mnk leeches kills?

The area around Achamoths ??? is crawling with them and if you don't want to deal with moths depopping them forces them back into Wamouracampa form. The repop time may be a bother so perhaps the Dahak Isle might be a better place to fight it out for pops?

Behind the pudding camp in Mount Zhayolm (marked 4 on map), you can enter Halvung. From there, go to the door at C/D-8 (map 1). From B-7 to E-7 there are 10 wamouracampa. There's also 1 black pudding (which could spawn as an NM if killed, but still avoidable) and an occasional earth elemental. Due to repop times and depending on how much help you have, you will likely cap at 36-40 kills / hr there.

My card works as both a debit/credit and I'm wondering if anyone knows if this type of card is able to get the secured status. If so, and the website doesnt help, can my bank do it?

Is Hofud worth using at all on BLU? I love mine, and it's great when it sucks out MP and such but I can see it's getting outclassed by other weapons.

Currently using Hofud / Perdu combo.

Came back to the game after 10 months or so and I've been playing on my gf's account the past few days. Her account was mostly stripped of anything valuable a few months back (long story involving a particularly douchey person) so I've been working on getting it back into a somewhat playable state while she waits on a new disc for her 360.

Backstory done I have a few questions: I've been playing/gearing her bard, no experience from my account so I'm just kind of guessing at most of it/looking things up on forums. I need to know if the upgrade priority I have is correct...Also keep in mind we aren't going to be joining any big event shells to do all sorts of scheduled events.

I bought most of the instruments that I thought we be useful for what we'll be doing march+2 horn, minuet+, mad+, elegy+, camped mary and got the drop surprisingly after about an hour (will replace it later with cradle horn), can't remember what else off the top of my head but I have a few other instruments. Bought an nq light and earth staff, errant body, jesters+1, gleeman's belt, and light/earth grip.

As for upgrade priority, HQ staves are at the top of the list, wind torque, going to get goliard boots and the oracle boots from Dea, work on assaults for yigit body, camp cradle horn NM, camp minstrels coat, camp echo cape NM (we'll mostly be duo'ing/doing things with 3-4 people so I'm not sure if popping ix'drg is out of the question with the jobs/gear we have available to us), do some tem/apol runs for brd af+1 items to get +1 gloves/pants. Probably will work on a -pdt set as well but nothing too fancy. Any other tips/ideas? Are there any new items for brd that would be easy for a few people to get? Really tempted to level this job on my account when I reactivate it in a few days as I really enjoyed it. Partied twice over the past couple nights and pulled chain 100+ with no prior bard experience. Really not sure how the people I've seen fail at bard managed it.

Edit: Also, been swapping in turban and swift for utsu casting, but I'm really not sure when I should be putting haste into songs. I'm assuming once I'm comfortable with landing elegy/lullaby reliably in merits I can start putting in more haste on those?

Used to be kind of nifty in the right situation (though it should be offhanded when using Perdu), but only against mobs with MP and even then I'm pretty sure level correction does a nasty little number on proc rate and/or potency. With Battery Charge for solo refresh and much more powerful weapons available, I'd say it's time to retire it.
