For gearset comparison, I use:

(Hit rate #1)/(1-Haste #1 - Haste Buffs) > = < (Hit rate #2)/(1-Haste #2 - Haste Buffs)
The set that gives the higher value is the winner.

First set should win on a majority of mobs. But it really depends on the mob you're fighting.

Best cor gun as of now? I think some of the magian ones beat out martial or coffinmaker. I wanna know which I should go for once my cor hit's 75/80. Also best QD gun?

Best QD gun will be Armageddon, followed by the +8 mab Mayhem with the 51 dmg ODD Spitfire coming slightly behind it. Armageddon and Spitfire are also your best bets for overall dmg (shouldn't need the tp bonus from Martial to land Slugs on most things at 80), assuming you're not shooting for tp.

All three of those guns are level 80, Martial will be your best bet until then.

95/90 = 1.06%

The % gain from increasing the number, and the % gain to your TP phase are completely different. Increasing from 90 to 95 is 5.55%, but increasing from a 90 to a 95% hit rate is only a 1.06% increase to TP gain.

For the level 44-46 clusters in Riverne, what is the highest level I can sync to and still have them count toward magian? My alt has 59 blm and EP with signet would be way easier than EM in mount z but a 15 level spread seems high.

Only place I can think of off the top of my head is sky, as they're always up there. Good luck with that trial, I'm probably too lazy to do it for the extra 2%.

Yeah i'm currently doing it out of boredom. My first though was sky as well so I guess ill be up there in a few hours. Im hoping further upgrades add a few more stats, but who knows.
