Depends how its cooked, most of the time kangaroo is kind of bland but at some of the fancier restaurants it tasted quite nice. Same with crocodile, usually its too tough if you buy it at any random place (they sell the meat everywhere in Darwin) but if it's cooked by a professional chef they know how to soften it etc and make it tasty.
