I'd say it's probably the mint, but I love it! You can always take it out, though I make wicked awesome rolls with shiitake mushrooms and carrots and such, no pork or chicken or anything.

When there is road construction and i see someone trying to pull that i pull into the middle of both lanes with my finger out the window. I love it when semi truck drivers do that to people when they get sick of them trying to cut ahead like that.
