He got 23576 on high using a 486 and a 3dfx Voodoo2 video card. The trick is that you just have to make sure you use all the available ports and not just two, so that the flux capacitor can achieve optimal tachyon variance within the quantum diffraction matrix. Amazing what that turbo button can do.
