Already working in beta, don't see why it woludn't in retail.

It's not working correctly.

I have a 5970 and when I enable both GPU's (technically crossfire) I get 10-20 FPS LESS then when I have both my GU's churning.

I will also interject that I with dual GPU's they are running around 70%-80% and with a single GPU running it's 99%

I also have a 5970 and am not experiencing the same issues. What drivers have you tried? Also, I don't understand the difference between when you enable both GPUs and when you have both GPUs churning? In both of those cases doesn't it mean that they are on?

Have you been running fullscreen or windowed? I've only done full so I can only speak about that, but according to the Riva overlay one of the GPUs is usually running up in the high 90s and other is considerably lower but still going. Also, if it makes any difference I have ASUS reference.

Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the bench ffs, this conversations getting old lol. We get you have a 460, get over it. On release drivers a 470 was barely equal to a 5850, with driver maturity they're now a good deal faster than 5870s. It happens.

Built my new system this week. 1055t + gtx 460 768mb.

CPU overclocked to 3.85GHz, vid card has some OC too. Pretty pleased with the results as this was my first attempt at building a computer!

Oh, and the dual GPUs in the screenshots aren't SLI, just running 2 displays. Might try to OC my 1055t to 4GHz and shoot for 5k+ low

I'm just wondering, why does my old ass G-card have more Texture Fillrate than his new one and a higher shader speed. His seems to be OCed also? Also why does my Core 2 Quad have more *way* cache than his? Not sure what either of these mean tbh, but I would think he would have more.

ok this is a little complicated so I use the most simple format:

got a free system from work ( i know it's no gaming system )
i5-650, intel DQ57tm board, 4gb crucial dual channel DDR3, x25-v x 2 on raid 0. 1tb for storage.
originally design for "VPRO"

slowly converting all the parts cause don't want to spend alot at once

step 1: corasir 850w + cooler master CM 690II adv, 5850.

question: PSU enough for CFX 5850 later?
5850, stock clock then OC later? or factory OC+ more OC later?
which brand best of OC without modding cooling solution
(for now till water cooling later).

step2: new mobo to OC cpu pass 4ghz + water cooling solutions for both cpu and gpu + 2nd 5850

question: I read somewhere that this game benefit the most from hyper threading cpu and only one core can be utilize, so no need to go i7?

I'm sure i got more questions later, but I after reading most pages on this thread at least I'm not gonna get into a debate about which GPU is the best lol.

So smaller equals better on most CPU Stats, Ok. What's with the Texture Fillrate and shader clock though? I would have expected at least the shader clock to be much higher by now.

My board has a cap of 1333 FSB and Im pretty sure I can't go above a 9x multi, at least I thought I read that somewhere. All it would do is just make it hotter and waste time if Im capped no?

I can take it higher, but it's rated to cap at 1333, and I was told that taking it higher I wouldn't see a great deal in performance.

oh naw that's bullshit! my mobo is rated to 1066 but:

What brand/model motherboard do you have?

that's an E6600 btw, I didn't take a whole screencap, and ffxiv still pegs the cpu with it at that speed at 1920x1080 with everything on high AAx16 Dof/AO: OFF.

I'm hoping when my Q6600 gets here this weekend(hopefully) i'll be able to take that bitch to 3.6ghz!!(assuming my mx-3 gets here in time as well ;; )

lol I have that exact link bookmarked. I was using the 3.2 recently, but I asked Evanos about my FSB and decided to just stick with 3.0. I don't get much gain by going to 3.2 anyway, and my cooling can't handle 3.6 tbh.
