I just tried it with .dll and renaming to ffxivgame.exe and got worse performance than when I left it as FFXIVWinBenchmark.exe
3DMark06.exe still have about 7k, which is what I got on previous drivers. I think they just didn't bother optimising the benchmark as it isn't suppose to run in fullscreen.
whats the hack to get it to run with both cards? I have changed FFXIVWinBenchmark.exe to 3DMark06.exe but nothing
You need the .dll (links have been posted several times in this thread) to force fullscreen. The benchmark won't even use CF because it's normally windowed (you need fullscreen to use CF).
I guess I am just confused. I thought the new Profile App that was released today by ATI would allow the use of CF in the benchmark
I think the profile is either for the new benchmark they are talking about making or the beta, because i got much worse scores when i forced fullscreen on the benchmark with crossfire enable and the new profiles.
Though I did get all my gpus going when I installed the new profile and logged into the beta. So it may have been for the beta.

1GB, don't get 768mb.
And for SLI to work on the benchmark just get that japanese guy's dll tweak, it's been posted here several times, then rename it to Crysis.exe. It's not optimized of course, but it will still use both cards and still give huge gains, mine were both 90%+ usage and about a 2k difference in score running sli vs single card.
Exactly @ DRAM 800 Mhz ?
I tried to do 195 BCLK which is ~4.1 GHZ and my mobo comes up with 780 Mhz or 975 Mhz
Edit: I guess one way is to lower cpu multipliers and fine tune dram frequency with higher buses too.
I would like to do some ram tests with this benchmark and you have pretty much the same specs.
yea it was the 780
Ran benchmark with 2 cards and my score went down......not much like 300 points but still down???
What is 780?

Does anyone know if you HAVE TO use SLI AA to get AA working at all? Last night I couldn't get regular 8 or16x AA working through nvidia control panel. Does SLI AA cause more of a performance hit?
It should since it uses the whole 2nd card for just AA. But I've had no problems using normal AA.

I guess that's about what most of the GTX460 are scoring atm. Well maybe the game will run somehow at low settings at least. Though I'll probably OC the CPU a bit when I get over this lazyness.
Well, I scored 2400 on High with a GTX 460 1GB and a Q6600 at stock, and to be fair, it runs pretty good in Full HD. Between 40 to 50 fps in La Noscea (getting at 60 in caves or places with no vegetation), and between 20 and almost 30 in Limsa, getting below 20 only when theres a shitload of people (the tavern). I just have A LOT of stuttering inside the city, and a little bit in the outsides, but I think is problem of my HDD or RAM (or CPU) and not the graphic card.I guess that's about what most of the GTX460 are scoring atm. Gotta say the performance was exactly the same in low resolutions and high resolutions, though the scores are different (3200 in Low)
Overclock that shiet. I was getting 2970 on high on my [email protected] and gtx460@910mhz.

Need better CPU cooling before I take this i7 920 anywhere past 3.2 -_-
GPU though... Seems that bumping my Memory Clock past 1790 causes BSOD, and bringing core anywhere over 800 causes massive artifacts followed by my computer locking up... any suggestions (besides STOP, of course)? I'm still a noob at overclocking, not sure if I'm doing it right
