Cooling systems for OverClocking my CPU

I'd like to OC my i7 960 (3.2) to at least 3.7/8. Right now I have a good aftermarket fan (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118223), but looking for other additions to add to the system, or just a new fan if a single one should do the trick. Thanks.

Oh yeah, and if liquid cooling is the only way to go, how big of a pita is it to install/switch from fan to liquid cooling? Also, any equipment recommended for controlling the fan speeds?

I was looking at these 3, but unsure w/:

The Noctua NH-D14 (your second link) has been pretty good to me, although it's HUEG like xbox. Took me a little bit of handy work to get it hooked up and make sure it didn't bump into other components, but it runs like a dream: cool and reasonably quiet.
