It's alright, there's some bars around here but it's a pretty commercial area overall. Pretty upper-middle class but generally boring itself. Only about 10 miles from Philadelphia though, so take it for what you will

The per capita income for the CDP was $25,145. About 2.1% of families and 3.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.6% of those under age 18 and 2.9% of those age 65 or over.

So yeah, median income is 61k and 91% whiteys. Incidentally my aunt lives here too, though she makes 6 figures and lives alone.
