Thats in PDT so just add 3 hours and thats EST. So yes 6AM tomorrow morning you can log in.

Probably not, no. What ports are they using? TBH I havent read any XIV info since.. last month or so, and generally skipped over stuff that didnt pertain to me during alpha, ie: ports.

Yeah someone just posted pics of someone complaining about that on /v/. The worst part about random invites being that a LOT of idiots will get in while a lot of intelligent and dedicated people will not.

I wouldn't get confused. The 15k is just the number that can log in on the tester site now. Means they slowly adding the account that were chosen before. Not that there was another waves of invites or something.

That sounds like the most likely scenario, since there's a large number of people with different time stamps on their emails and inconsistencies based on an idea like earlier emails able to log in before later ones, etc.

Not sure if having re-applied with the FFXIII code helped at all or having resubscribed to FFXI (Steam sale a few months back on the game made me want to try the last year's mini add-ons) after the month the first alphas were sent out.

Anyone else have their updater rape your CPU when it downloads btw? I can't do shit on my PC while it downloads however many GB of data needed. Tempted to just wait on a torrent if anyone is willing to supply one or a link.
