11 Year old accidently hangs self with Xbox

I don't understand how you can hang yourself using a corded controller on either xbox? Both have saftey detaches.

It was all part of the plan.sad and funny if its the truth. There is something missing no matter what the story is. As people pointed out the detached shit would of come apart. It got linked on something or it just did not happen like this. My bet is its a story made up or a large portion missing.

Only plausible way I could see this being a legit accident would be if the bed was a generic metal bunk and the cord got lodged between two top bunk little side railings at a corner which would stop a controller cord most likely. Also, the controller would be pulled when he fell, so that would have had to have got lodged between the side-bars or something so that both ends are stopped and won't give to ~80+ lbs being held from it. Basically, it looks like the little guy wasn't his mommy's favorite.

Looking back, kid-psych experts, school counselors now say that most of the last peak in teen suicide was kids trying to choke while they beat off. Their folks would find them, a towel twisted around the kid's neck, the towel tied to the rod in their bedroom closet, the kid dead. Dead sperm everywhere. Of course the folks cleaned up. They put some pants on their kid. They made it look… better. Intentional at least. The regular kind of sad, teen suicide.

Late to the party, but this whole thing reeks of fishiness.

I think it was an Xbox, not a 360.

Meaning no wireless cords, and weighing 4 tons. So the controller cord got wrapped around his neck, and the weight of the Xbrick allowed the cord to keep him suspended from his bunk bed. Either that or the cord itself wrapped around a bar of his bunk bed as well.

The original xbox had insane-o flimsy plugs that were designed to break after the first couple inches in case someone tripped on the wire. It wasn't even that hard to knock the wire out just moving it around.
