AT&T also put the exact same restrictions on the Aria which was just released, so you know they'll fuck over this phone too.
And again, it's made by Samsung, their phones feel like they're held together with crazy glue. If the Samsung name wasn't attached to thsi phone it would be fucking awesome to me.

I, personally, dislike Samsung's Touchwiz interface with a passion, it's just so ugly in my opinion. I've had the N1 for a while now, and still can't find a phone I'd replace it with. I get all the android updates first, it's a sexy phone, and in my eyes HTC > Samsung. ATT has really been gimping android as well. I wouldn't call this an Iphone killer at all, but every new phone with these specs is a step in the right direction i think
