Yep, especially since they just obsoleted the old models with new games that apparently will only run on the new one like Xenoblade 3DS.

I'm surprised they managed to make it look even more like a kids toy. Volume on upper screen is probably the only smart change I see there, I keep flicking that shit low by accident on my XL.

Anyways, like the DSi before it, I wouldn't expect too many 'exclusive' N3DS games outside of eShop offerings. A shame it took them a hardware revision to (hopefully) not make browing the eShop an even worse experience than browsing the PSN store on PS3.

Unfortunately Nintendo makes a new 3DS every year so you always end up waiting I'd say if you can--go out and buy a used 3DS and then upgrade it to this one later.
