I never played Minish Cap and have been wanting to play Fire Emblem again, plus I always love me some Yoshi's Island, so I'm pretty happy about that list.

As far as a 2nd generation of the 3DS goes, has there been any word, or even rumor yet? I really hope Animal Crossing doesn't get released before a new version of the device does...

I'm more disappointed about Metroid Fusion instead of say Golden Sun or something, but I never did like Metroid games after Super Metroid since I never really could get into the series.

I wouldn't expect an announcement of that nature until the end of 2012 at the earliest. The circle pad pro's exclusivity to GameStop is a strong indication that Nintendo has no plans to include the extra buttons as a mandatory configuration going forward.

Ah shit, I didn't know it was an exclusive. Is there even more than one game that makes dual analog a valuable asset?

drat wishful thinking! some guy tweeted from his news site which may have been not quite as wordy as I needed to understand this.

Considering Nintendo keeps delaying their games, its possible they will delay animal crossing far enough along that the 2nd Gen 3DS will come out first, so be careful what you wish for

. I think Animal crossing was initially slated for early next year, but now we know its at least Q2. The DS lite came out 2 years after the DS, and we'll be coming up on year one in March, I really wouldn't be surprised if they announced the second gen model for next holiday season because of the battery life issue.

monster hunter, Resident Evil, MGS, and Kingdom Hearts are the only games that support it.

Advance games are available for Ambassadors. Just go to Settings, and find download history under "Your Downloads" Then find the GBA games under "redownload"

The gold accents on the zelda version are gorgeous but MAN, dat metallic sheen on the Char cover is sexyhot.
