Target, 8AM on the dot. Two other people in line. I was first. Intended to buy two but I liked the guy who I was in line with so I didn't.

Went to Walmart to try to get an extra to hawk on ebay. One of the employees stole both of theirs before they could hit the shelf.

I walked into gamestop 5 mins after they opened, and they were sold out. Drove around town looking for one with no luck. Came home and just bought one off walmart.com.

I ended up getting lucky getting my copy.

Went to the target near my work for 8 am, was 6th in line and they only got 4 in. So on my drive home decided to run by toysrus, no one in line besides myself when they opened so I snagged the only console they had in stock as employees snatched the other 2. (Also got them to price match target)

went out and got a 3dsxl today aswell but not the pika addition just a red one. picked up Luigi's mansion 2 also to get the deal nintendo is offering register a 3dsxl and LM2 or pokemon MD and you have 1 pick of 4 games, 3d mario land/Prof Layton/starfox 3d/ some other game I dont know, or was it 6 different games. Either way picked up mario for free.

Anyone know of a good 3DS XL carrying case?

Deciding between this:

Have the latter version for my Vita and am happy about it, but have heard good things about the first.

I have the first one. The 3ds xl does fit inside pretty snugly, its not gonna bounce around but not as perfect as the DSiXL did. The DSiXL fits it perfectly, 3dsxl is slightly taller and thinner then the dsixl, just by a fraction. Just thinking about it now I need to buy a another case for my dsixl, might pick another one up as I have no real complaint about the first one.

So snugly, but not a cramped fit, right? The Pull and Go serves my Vita well, so I'm partial to that, but..

It fits not as snug as the DSiXL just a little bit looser and thats mainly due to the 3dsxl not being as thick as the dsixl. Either way its not going anywhere. This case isnt really ment for casual day out, its a travel case where you throw it in a backpack/luggage, holds 8 games, 2 pens and the pouch inside can fit the adapter and car charger, the case itself is pretty stiff too. General drops, throwing it isnt going to harm the innards, baseball bat or car probably would.

When I get off work, will be starting up Luigi's mansion. I hear good things about ots multiplayer.

Thinking of picking up a new 3DS along with an R4 card. Problem is I can't decide which one to go with or where to buy... Whats the general consensus around these parts on that?

About what, using an R4 to run 3DS games? As far as I know it's still impossible.

GEt a DStwo card (for DC and roms) But like Rokku said still cannot hack 3ds games

Oh word? I thought the R4 Gold 3DS could boot 3DS ROMs... If not then there goes that idea
