So i just bought my sister-in-law's 3DS XL, now a few questions...

1) What games are recommended as i've always thought this little thing has shitty games?

2) Does an R4 for this thing exist?

3) If an R4 is available, i'd like to know where to get one (PM me), and does it only allow to play DS games or 3DS games as well?

1. Fire Emblem: Awakening, Devil Survivor Overclocked, Soul Hackers, Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan (if you like dungeon crawlers), Kid Icarus: Uprising, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, MH3U, Super Mario 3D Land.

3. Not sure where to get one, but it only lets you play ds games.

2 and 3 best one is named supertwo ds card, can play ds nes snes and gba games

No way to pirate 3ds games yet

Thanks for the quick responses. Biggest reason i got the 3DS was for phoenix wright dual destinies, and cuz my ds lite top screen finally broke.

but thanks for the recommendations, definitely gonna try out MH, it's compatible w/ the wii u version right?

3DS lacks online multiplayer "as is" (see below) but can local multiplay between the WiiU and other 3DS systems. You can transfer save files between the 3DS and WiiU.

1. You CAN use your 3DS to play online only if you own a WiiU and a special adapter.

I got that error a couple of times earlier when I was trying to go to someone's town from these boards but I've been able to go to other people's towns just fine. Maybe keep trying? That's what I did and eventually it just worked.

P.S. I've got apples in my town if someone needs and 3 pears to give away

another question now, how safe is it to keep the system online if i decide to get a supercard? cuz i'm sure auto updates will kill the cart.

also lol@this unable to access wifi cuz my wifi security is not supported. lol

*edit* nvm, i was setting up the DS portion, which i know doesn't support WPA, but 3DS does.

I have oranges in my town. mah gate should be open. I work until wednesday so I won't be able to get too crazy :'( the bf has cherries in his town. his friendcode is on ze list

I need oranges if game let me visit towns ....

I don't have any more fruits but I have peaches apples and cherries trees planted waiting to grow
