I guess I'm the only person that finds speaking in an overly (and obviously) foppish fashion about a video game humorous.

It's simply irritating that they tell us RDM and WHM are getting Accession (and SCH haste) and they wait for the very day of the maintenance to mention they won't work together.

Haste and refresh cycles are by far the most dull and monotonous parts of playing a support job, relieving that tedium a bit would have been nice.

This basically is just a great way to piss some people off when they get force-booted after forgetting to flag status. It just seems designed with the intention of pissing people off when they d/c and get booted because the timer does not stop lol.

Uh what? I know people are in armflail mode but all of the keys are once/day with ASA/MKE/ACP. Sure you can do the BCNMs on and on but you only get rewarded once/day.

My point was that you can use the gear rewards on your all the time. Whenever you like.

It would seem that is not the case for experiencing Abyssea.

kinda upset by the Aquaveil nerf... but I'm pretty sure I can still make up for the bonus from the spell thru eq on my RDM so its not so bad...

Best case you use eremitex2, willpower, magnetic, soltaire, druid's rope, 3 merits, and those 15% feet. That costs you haste from belt and feet (6-9 total), that's pretty huge. And if you don't have magnetic, you're losing another slot too.

I don't understand the no AoE refresh people. AoE refresh is available this update via rdm/sch. Wouldn't they have specifically mentioned it like they did haste?

I had started building a rdm tank set so at first the rdm nerf kinda made me mad. Then I realized whenever the JP ls on my server get the odd khim claim they won't be able to hold it for the 4-6 hour kill....

That would still seriously hobble total hate generated, but you could still function similarly to pld, whose hate tools are all VE. In that case, it's forcing -all- tanks to use damage as their main source of CE.

Except that neither rdm or nin can damage hnms effectively. Pld does fine without any good ce spells, because they can keep it capped with just damage.

The fine print on the Empyrean Weapons page says that in future updates the weapons can be upgraded through Magian and other systems. Does that mean that we won't be able to do anything with those weapons this update, save for acquire them?
