im wondering if it also makes it harder without a specific sub for RDM to cap hate on a CFH mob in astralburns.
I'm not exactly sure how aquaveil used to work other than it added a % to not get interrupted, what is the update exactly doing to it?

I'd guess probably 10 like refueling...though 15% would definitely be worth the loss of accession haste because it would make blue a pimp main healer.
The following augment attributes now function as intended:
Occ. atk. twice (hand-to-hand weapons only)
It only worked on one fist before...maybe it will work for both fists?
All it says is adjusted. Maybe it was in fact increased? Probably don't want to write off rdm tank before it's tested.
I assume it wont "consume" aquaveil but it will have x charges for that particular spellcast.
Well, I didn't say it was a -good- idea... Just feels like something that they might change if they were trying to "level the playing field", as it were (ie: make all tanks work under the same restrictions). The availability of Atonement completely destroys the balance for that, though, and I can hardly imagine that they'd forget about that.
Regardless, I'll be interested to see the tested enmity numbers once servers are back up. Can't get a full rant going til we know the specifics.
