If each MA enhancement is a new tier, the PUP belt and neck would give us Martial Arts V, or 320 base delay (300 with Kenkonken/maybe 280 with fully upgraded Magian?)

Anyway I wonder if +Martial Arts is better than +Haste% considering there's the +7% Haste belt out there.

Hmm, what's better? 7% Haste or +1 Martial Arts? Math gurus GO!

The spell works on target party member anyway, like Magic Fruit. So diffusion isn't even needed to give it to your party (Unless you're looking for an instant buff but still!)
