IIRC there's a 77 DMG one..Oberon's.

However RNG get the 90(?) dmg one and iirc..they'll also get access to QD..so they got the better end of the deal bullet wise.

As long as this doens't end up being WoW where everything you've gotten gets fucked every 3 updates. Droprates are too shitty to do that.

Maybe they are testing the WoW progression system for possible implementation in 14. This update will get everyone busy chasing this new gear, they add all new gear that puts all this stuff in the shade for 80>85 and set everyone off again.

Should be fine long as they have better drop rates. Having drop rates like 5% salvage shit will just make this update pointless in 3-4 months.

Mesmeric Cape can probably replace Jester's +1, and Harmony Cape has some situational debuff use. That was all that caught my eye. No new instruments

I may very well have to literally wire myself a connection from someone else's service to get my own up to the point of not dropping link every two minutes, I can't even keep Facebook up at home half the time!

They've made a big deal out of the fact that they want bards to be able to save inventory space by putting augments for additional songs on the horns they already have... it's possible that they're as yet undiscovered. One can dream, anyway.

Can anyone with the ability to do so check out what's new in zones like Lufaise, Bibiki, etc...? They moved mobs around, and presumably added new higher level ones.
