I believe it's one of the largest single patches pushed, so no surprise it's clogging the tubes.

Update went up really late by comparison to what it normally does - more people trying to grab at the same time I guess. Then I got booted and it's been a pain in the arse ever since then - lots of people getting the same.

EU POL tested new Version of the patch: did not work unfortunately. gonna update tomorrow.

just did 12 files remaining, getting stuck on patch.txt good enough though

for those who are new to this and its not working, extract it to a random new directory and copy in the rom directories where you see them

Should have more seeds than just me now. feel free to try it. I kept folder integrity so you'll just have to open it and go to the final fantasy XI folder then extract those to your ffxi folder

DLed, put into directory

had problems to get it to connect(POL1160) but once i finally got in, it got the update information, did a file check and afterwards installed em all

im done now, just to wait for servers coming up

the new file only includes the ROM folders, which should be the same for EU and NA FF?

i dont know why it wouldnt work for anyone non-EU

How do you do a file check or do people mean just when you go to play it does file check for you?

My file I used on both my US install on PC and on my EU install on laptop.

my file only have ROM folders and nothing else. And those should be the same on US and EU games.
