Mobs were able to miss before but it'd still take a shadow if this is what you're referring to. Check again and if they don't take a shadow with a miss then it's changed.

Fomors (<--- this part is important) have always been able to miss ranged attacks even when you have shadows up. As far as I know, they are unique in this regard. This is not a change.

Yeah confirming the fomor ranged attack shadows thing - I noticed it pre-patch farming shades for Odin talismans, so it's definitely not new.

i can confirm this, farming battery charge i got blinded nearly every single time on too weak pots

I noticed a very large Macc boost on low levels mobs but i chocked it up to bad luck.

Looks like it might be more widespread than i thought

Edit: Of note, every fucking Debuff used on me by those Promyvion mobs when i was farming landed, promyvion bume, the paralyze TP move, etc etc

Carbies name won't show up, and doesn't have an HP bar when i target it. She can see its HP bar in the normal <pet> place.

It has no name above its head, desummoning and resummoning does not work. We don't know when it started =(

Don't see it mentioned in the thread, but our LS WHM is saying that cure potency works just fine on Cure 6. Cure 6'd a broken horn Auroral Alicorn for 1.1k. If it was broken, it's fixed now.

I don't know if you could do this before with cure, but you can now waltz mantelets in campaign and they will recover hp (I could of sworn you couldn't cure them before)

Haste overwrites Slow 1. Haven't you ever seen someone use Haste (instead of Erase) to remove Slow from someone? It's well-established and nothing new.

Those slow effect usually came from a JA, not from "slow" spell.

Same here. EP ghosts in Kuftal for trials, never once landed a Rasp on my puppet despite trying to fairly often.

Maybe been asked and this maybe old and I've never noticed it because I don't dispel mobs that don't need dispelling (aside from HNMs, but my enfeeblings been capped on that shit).

Anyways, I noticed today I was getting skillups by dispelling mobs with no buffs. Is that normal? New? Old?
