Also, spamming crabs/antlions is a waste of time. Even with TH4-6ish applied on every mob, barely got any coins, and no advancements. Doing slimes with a competent group of 4~6 people is soooooooooo much easier.

Me too actually. I feel 100% the same way. I can do a 400 guillotine (inside abyssea...fuck you se) or 2250, yet with quietus the range is far, far more narrow. I can count on it. I've still done 1800 quietus outside abyssea, which is outstanding really.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but if you are, what's the point? give yourself more competition? I've asked you plenty of times to come rdm for my runs and you either ignore me or are afk. Can leech if you want but that just means 1 extra person will be there, who possibly wants the same shit you do, lol.

you are right about spamming crabs/ants being a waste of time. I got my first coin of birth from an antlion this morning, was about to leave to grab lunch when some friends entered WoE area, asked if they wanted to do slime boss instead of hunting crabs for singles. 4 runs later, I have 35 coins of birth.

^this. But that pool above is a pretty fair example of the level of rarity the coins are. birth is far and away the most common with adv/glory being rare.

Birth are pretty rare for us. I'd say advancement and birth are most rare. Ruin is definately the most common though.

Yup similar with us, ruin ruin go away...though the other night glory was being nice, 4 pouches in 3 runs and all the single coins that drop were glory bar 1 ruin lol. Ended up we couldn't finish our decay where people were very close to finishing.

So far for us it's been Ruin > Decay > Glory > Advancement> Birth.

(Think I have seen only 1 Birth pouch so far...which is kinda annoying all the WoE bow DD in our ls.)

Ok, so I've tried my best to read through this discussion over the past hour or so but my lunch break is long over now and I still don't know crap about how to do this WoE stuff. Just got back into the game last week and looking for some information on how this event actually works. Is their a good guide/strat on how to do well in WoE and get Advancements reliably for a MNK, PUP, or BLM? Sorry to bother, but the only strategy I got from reading is to be a ninja lotting bastard... I'm going with that really isn't a smart option. How long would it take to get enough coins for a weapon anyway, is this like a spam it for a week event or Dynamis style groan for 5 months waiting on drops event?
