Yes that is absolutly right. Him at 75% HP made 25% Flux progress. All our winning runs we just killed a few elementals at the front, then coordinated a run towards Mingyi with a suicider. Mingyi will repeatenly call (multiple) of his Caturae friends and Elementals to him with "The fiend thirsts for blood!" , so better to have a good amount of people on the stairs to catch and deaggro them. Making Parties can be counterproductive, as it seems that aggro will chain down to other members under certain conditions.

Is it just me or does the Collar not really seem worth it. Basically trading 3att/DA for 3 crit rate for alot of jobs. Or 3 crit rate for any other awesome neck you can use now

If anyone gets one and finds out what the MCrit enhancement is, I'd love to know. Keep in mind that the MCrit term caps at +30% (+30 MAB for 40 MAB total to MCrits). Just judging by the piece though, I'd bet it's +3 MAB.

Perhaps for certain WS that can crit you can use Rancor Mantle and this for a total of 8% crit rate.

Well that's what I meant by trading 3att/da for 3 crit rate. Replacing atheling with rancor and rancor with this. Seems kinda a side grade especially when you need 2 new peices to do it. And that's only assuming that ws doesn't have benefit more from some other neck like justicars for example

Nomkahpa Mittens finally popped up on AH. Strongly suggest #15 with the L99 pattern and the timing. Iuvenalis Mittens have been around AH a while before #15s have been cleared on Baha.

Mentioned they added on the test server, but not sure why they care about skill ups since skills were set as you adjusted level.

Con 12 and 13 have 4 drops according to BG wiki. Con 14 only has 3 listed at the moment, but Iuvenalis mittens almost certainly should be the 4th drop. Con 15 is 5 drops.
