Guessing they drop off WHM beastmen. They did increase the level of the gobs in Bibiki right? Maybe them?

They don't stack. I was going pretty fast and I didn't have any movement+ gear. It also wore as soon as I attacked something.

And yes, they did change the lucky+# formula for these two rolls it seems.

well, Nin sneak, and all cor rolls are NPC only (till some rolls were put in ANNM chest. ) i really dont think they will drop off mobs
