After some more testing on spirit jump.. I can tell what the additional effect with wyvern out is... Without wyvern i get normal tp.. 16-17/hit... with wyvern i get 24-25/hit. So it seems the additional effect is.. you get tp for your wyvern as well as yourself.. it can DA. I've seen a couple 50 tp returns. Only does as much damage as high jump and seems to lack the mods of jump.. But i can see some utility for it.. I still have not seen anything that relates to enmity though.. no matter whether i use it before or after ws.. i still have hate.
So 79->80 makes you jump up 2 points of int. Not terrible. Taru only get 1 int from the 75-80 stretch, mithra get 3.
No huge HP jump BS and 3 int... I'm not going to complain too much.

Overall, Ehhhh. +2 and +3 to some stats, not insanely noticeable. 311 maximum Magic Skill with merits is sexy as fuck though. Melee also breaks 300. Also, Tactical Switch is awesome.

Divine Emblem seems to raise the hate-cap or something? Spamming Libra, I noticed that a PLD who just cast a Divine Emblem spell would go to 101% enmity instead of the 100% enmity which was the norm.
(In fact, I was in a dual PLD PT, one had 100% enmity and the other 101%. The 100% usually means that is the mob's current target, but the 101% PLD had hate.)

Double Shot (LV79 RNG) should be called Double Shit.
It does not seem to process during weapon skills. It has a 90 second duration and appears to give a very low double attack rate. I personally can't tell any difference from my normal Dragonmaw double rate and the rate with Double Shot active.
If that's not bad enough, it shares its timer with Unlimited Shot. Having Unlimited Shot merits does not reduce the recast time of Double Shot.
This coupled with the fact that I fired my Hightail Bullet makes this all sorta disappointing.But at least I'm 79 right?
My Bard actually got quite a bit of new HP between 75 and 76 (at least it felt so, my latent set just barely gives me yellow hp now) and I just hope it isn't too much at lv80. If the calculators are correct, I should still be able to activate my Minstrel's Ring if I get one more HP down piece. Think it's time to pick up a Morgana's Choker.
Lv80-99 will be an entirely different story, depends on the gear they will add. Either I will need more HP- gear or will need to switch to a HP+ latent activation set.
