This is the most fun I've had with CoP missions ever, running my WHM alt through them very casually and just loving being able to thwack everything in my path in Phomiuna/Riverne so far. :D

No, none of the Map ???s are guarded by high level Empty mobs. I got a Promy Dem map after like a 15 second detour.

When I got the Dem map earlier, the southernmost possible ??? map spawn on the 4th floor had a whole bunch of IT empty blocking the way and floating around it (I had to sleep a couple to get by), all the other ??? spots are easy to get at.

I just tried Ouryu solo as 75 SMN/WHM mule. Basically only wearing light staff and yyr, got him down to 50% before I died and just didn't care and went to bed. Certainly soloable if you care at all and have even the most basic complete gear. I think any melee should be able to kill him afk.

nah. me and a friend fought him a few hours ago. him mnk me rdm. he couldn't keep aggro at all because ouryu would go into flight after like 5-10% and even with shell 4 he and i were getting hit for 50-200. 38% pdt i was getting hit for 60-80

later i went back in solo and killed him in 1 full mp cs aero3. had no problem landing gravity or bind.

scratch this. i don't really know what i was thinking, but from my first try with mnk friend and seeing how much aero3 did, i thought it was a pretty accurate guess. i didn't have any trouble landing bind or gravity or sleep2 while on ground. 2 full mp aero3s through cs took him to like 50%, to which he started raping me in air. with 0 mdt gear he was doing 50-150. from then i just bound/grav'd him during air and slept him during ground for mp. nukes did roughly 5-6%. also for anyone going to solo, it's stupid how far his range is while in air. i had to nearly get out of sight range just for him to stop attacking me.

Oh wow, I just melee'd with carby for like 10 min before I stopped caring and got him down to 50% but now you've got me worried because I've never taken the time to get a mdt set for my SAM >.<

Edit: misread, I'll probably just 2hr and bring a bow/arrows.

Got to 7-5 pretty much within a day. Few lsmates needed Vahzl and up so we continued with a group of 4, which even for the airship fight (6-4) was overkill. CoP is now gimped.

Yep it is... for newer players I feel sorry they won't be able to experience the challenge that I did. For older players it is fun beating them up with ease lol, trio'd CoP 6-4 easily.

pot fight and Promathia are still a bitch :/ attempted to Trio them and just couldn't muscle it fast enough lol, got 3 of the 4 pots down.

Also if you die against the door you should have time to RR and kill the final pot (assuming you didnt already wipe once to kill 3 pots)

Yes it is. Got 1,500 for 6-4

went SAM, RDM, BRD. iirc I forgot food ;; but I can have the BRD change to BB MNK and I can go BRD I guess see how that goes, paralyze sucks for that fight, I hate Reactor Cool-down.

Yeah I know, this is what we had done, I think the reason why we ran out of time was every time I wanted to meditate I'd get paralyzed, altho they were dispelling both def bonus and ice spikes :/ I always seemed to get a hit in right at the worst time and it would proc of course, this helped drag on the fight.
