    So... any info on Flash Nova? How is the damage, the duration and potency of Flash, and is it learned at 300 Club? Wiki has nothing on it and didn't notice anything in this thread unless I overlooked it

    I got Bora Axe last night. It is indeed a ranged WS like Mistral Axe. Pretty useful for kiting fights I guess. Damage is kinda weak however, never hit for more than 700 on Seaboard Birds in LF. Still a cool animation.

    Wow, for a Polearm WS that trumps Wheeling doesnt it? I wonder if it has any hidden attack boosts like Gekko, Spinning Slash, Steel Cyclone etc. It was about time DRG got a decent single hit.... wait does AoE even count as a single hit?

    Considering the AoE is conal, you'd be best to make sure nothing is behind the mob you're using the Weapon Skill on.

    Or line up with the next pull, get killshot on the current target and get a start on the next. Works wonders.

    It will only activate if you're in Melee range of a target, but the damage it does actually goes through that mob to a fair distance away (it's conal).

    I've been using it when the Exp mob we're on is almost dead. Basically I face the slept mob and then fire the WS on the current mob. You end up killing the one you're on and also hit the next mob with the same WS. Two for one!

    I keep on thinking this is why SE gave us a bunch of AoE weaponskills... except that there's no practical way to have one person tank a bunch of mobs so that everyone can lay into them with AoE like that. Err... Korroloka Tunnel style of things excluded, obviously, since that's a special case use of Level Sync.

    Could be very useful on salvage ZR mamol floor and... idk XD
    Tho I could find some very enterteining activities like go with 6 drg/sam + 6 war/sam on Divine might pull all mobs with PLD. All DRG and WAR do ws on group (with sekkanoki even 2) I bet everyone would want to see that :D

    In some of WotG quests you find yourself surrounded by waves of mobs and you have to kill them before the reach their destination/kill the NPC. DRG never had any source of AoE damage.. outside of staff weapon skills.

    Clearing trash mobs in Abyssea also comes to mind.

    This is just an update from Studio Gobli that Sonic Thrust seems to be 30% STR and 30% DEX now...

    Yeah 60% would put it close to Gekko quality, but it's more like Spinning Slash, better than our previous WS options on HNM though. Kind of wish it had range, which would make it nice for kited fights or Khimera.

    Did some test with Sanguine Blade

    with 75str 69mnd I made 292 on island rarab
    Adding 13 mnd pushed it to 296 dmg
    So seems to be ~30%MND

    Adding 20 str pushed dmg +10
    So seems to be 60%STR?

    Dmg is pretty static and seems to drain
    100TP 50% dmg
    200TP 75% dmg
    300TP 100% dmg

    Base dmg on weapons doesnt affect the dmg ( same dmg with joy and d48 sword )

    I pushed my Sanguine Blade number to 600ish when fighting easy prey mob and around 500ish when fighting EM/T mob.

    Extremely nice addition for BLU's arsenal.

    If that was with dual wield? or darkday or dark weather?
