POL-1160 for PS2/3

I play on PS3, and as i was updating, my router dropped me, causing me to restart. Well after going through the file check and as soon as its finished, it automatically times me out with the following

Error code: POL-1160
Network is busy or there are connection problems. Please try again later or verify that cables, networking devices, and network settings are properly configured.

D:/image/ffxi/prog/ps2/dancer.enc

the code itself isnt weird, BUT the fact it lists a specific file, and it ALWAYS times me out as soon as it tries to update this file has me wondering wtf.

Suggestions?

PS2 limitations possibly.

Can't update either on ps2. Always stops at D: patch.txt for the past few hours worth of trying. If only it didn't have to file check and waste so much time only to 1160 every time... and then 1161 constantly afterwards as it tries to check for the new version (as in it gives up entirely after one retry off the 1160 and then starts from the very beginning again).

I has a sad , but it's nearly always been like this...

It took me a while, but I eventually got it downloaded. Most of the time it would reject me and drop me before it started the "Downloading Update Information" thing, then I'd keep hitting retry until that and "Checking..." worked. Then it'd get to the main download thing and give me the error you're describing for the first file.

Just keep trying, I probably hit Retry between 100 and 200 times.
