You should find a ride to the apt or ask her if she has one and clean up the mess because it is the responsible thing to do, fuck who's fault it is.

I don't know the laws in Texas but where I live it is likely that the person (adult) who rents the apartment could be in an assload of trouble for having minors drunk in their home so that could relate to why you were hidden.

Also when you are too drunk and some one else has to look after you (nursemaid) it is annoying.

If you are going to get trashed, make sure you either have an adult who is sober enough to take you back or some one who cares enough to nursemaid your ass to health because you did. Don't do it on some one else's property and freak when they decide not to be your host.

Consider yourself lucky that she kept the cops away from you.

Not to pull the "internet tough guy" card here. But, you're lucky you were treated the way you were.

Anyone who threw up anywhere other than outside or the toilet got promptly roughed up, and tossed out onto the sidewalk, at the parties me or my close friends would throw. This only happened to people who were guests-of-guests so to speak, and weren't directly invited. The people we invited to parties always knew to respect our apartments, because we were very respectful of other peoples homes.
