I get that she "let them stay", but it sounds more like they were just shoved in the back room and not told anything... which is kind of shitty if any of you consider them a friend.

The OP also stated that he cleaned everything up around the sink, but did not unclog the sink (does it drain atleast?). It sounds like you tried to do the right thing, and got 95% of the way there.. then stopped. Next time just clean it up even if she runs out. That way you can never go to her house again (unless its for sex), because you know shes not a good enough friend to stick around when trouble comes. You also wont have to make the fact your buddy pukes and doesnt clean it up fully public next time.

However, Draino might not be the right way to clean it up. Older pipes are easily corroded by Draino so you can't use it. That might not be a problem in Texas, but we could never use Draino in our apartment in Chicago. Someone puked in our kitchen sink and we used a plunger. It worked quite well actually.
