The guy's original question made sense
Will guildleves replace traditional style quests, or will those be included as well?

Meh, it's too easy to dodge lol.
"Yes we have these things called class quests". Well duh.
However that might be a valid answer since we don't really know how said quests function in the first place. They could have just removed missions altogether as a term and combined them together with other 'quests'.
Could just ask "How do class quests work? Like missions in XI, like quests in XI, or like both?"
1. What type of tools do they have planned for the community?
2. Will there be any social media connectivity in the future for things like Facebook?
How will stat reallocation work ?
Je vais te la traduire pour sauver du temps:
Comment fonctionnera la réallocation des statistiques physiques ?
24 hour pop HNMs yay or nay?
This might help with the quests question:
Here is the Trophies one:You mentioned before an epic storyline running throughout the entire game. That’s quite difficult to do in an MMO because you’re either going on a secondary mission or, - the way Warcraft does it – is to have the story going on around the player, rather than through the player. I wanted to see how you’ve made the player feel very much a part of that storyline and to still give them a sense of freedom.
The main idea is the same as the package titles of the Final Fantasy series. NPCs will be the key trigger of the game, so by talking to NPCs they will give you the storyline and you will experience it in this way. The key points of the Final Fantasy XIV storyline are that you will be experiencing what happened in the past. By doing that you will discover the secrets of the world. If it’s a package title, sometimes by following the story you can’t do anything else, you just have to keep following the story. But because it’s an MMO, you can stop the story at certain points when you like and try out a different quest. So you have much more freedom and also by trying the quests that might help you experience the storyline, the character will feel a part of the main story. We managed to do that as we have a lot of experience from Final Fantasy XI so we have the know-how to do that.
Q. Will there any type of achievements or trophies to show off defeated bosses or special things done?
A. Yes, we do have a lot of plans. For example, for some quests there will be special rewards. You might be able to get special title depending on what you do, there will be several different things you can get to show off what you've done.
I'm 100% sure I've seen them mention it more recently, but this is all I can find from my quick hunt around:Wednesday June 3, 2009 12:05

Q: Will all servers be worldwide or split by territory?
A: The current plans are to have worldwide servers that are cross-platform and cross-region. We will do a beta test and look at the balance and player experience. We want to look for a good balance between region and cross-region play.
New York Times: I have a broader question. In terms of your general approach to the project, how do you want this game to fit into the overall MMO landscape, what advances you are trying to bring with this game over FINAL FANTASY XI, and in general how you see this game fitting into the MMO market and how do you want this project to be special?
Square Enix: FINAL FANTASY XIV is going to support cross region and cross platform. We will have the translation functions in the game so people will be able to communicate with people in other regions.
This is an awesome question, ask this one please.
Will there be HNMs in the game at launch? If so, are they going to be on a spawn timer, popped with a special item, or instanced?
Will there be events similar to Einherjar, Salvage, or Nyzul Isle?
In Alpha, Mixing DoM and DoW abilities was difficult due to weapons being focused on bonuses that are are either wholly magic or wholly melee. Will we see something in the future that may make these sorts of combinations easier?
Terrain is sometimes frustrating to navigate because characters get caught on slight elevations such as the Shells in the E3 demo. While a jump feature will not be implemented, could there perhaps be something else considered to help ameliorate these instances?
Will endgame events be accessible to a casual player? If they are, how will you maintain that accessibility while also catering to the Hardcore players?
How will you handle communication with the players without an official forum? How will you manage communication with foreign players?
Will Customer Service Representatives and GMs in foreign countries have authority over player accounts? Or will these ultimately be managed by a team in japan?
Following cue from other popular MMOs, will most equipment be bind-on-equip (/bind-on-pickup) or will it still be sellable after being worn.
(This is actually quite an important point for me. Re-sellable equipment gives a game a good economy and a good economy really ups the enjoyment for me).
"What are your plans for Endgame content?"
The only question I have is one they almost definitely wouldn't answer because they've given the "Wait and see!" about it before. That's:
"The Alpha/Beta server names share a theme with Final Fantasy villains. What theme are you planning to name the live servers after?"
This cannot be said enough -excellent question, Vitglance, and I'm sorry that I forgot to make mention of it earlier.
The world is a beautiful one, but extremely silly in the sense that a small lip in the ground that one could traverse with the slightest of ease can actually impair progress. Is there any plan in the works to allow for different animations for terrain scaling, or even a process similar to FFXIII where the character can simply hop over these small crags and dips? It's incredibly frustrating to have to search out the one small path for each of the myriad of cliff sides and 3-foot jumps.
Are they going to add more hairstyles for the Lalafell?
... no, really. I mean the Miqo'te have eight that we've seen so far, the female Hyur has nine, and yet Lalafell only have four of them? That's kinda unfair!
Don't think this one was asked:
are there any plans for UI mods/addons?
How many character slots will each player account have access to per server?
