Xbox 360 USB Problem?

So today I went to turn on my 360 after a few months of not playing it(recently got a ps3 lol) and my controller was dead. I figured after a few months the battery probably just died, so I plugged in my play/charge and......still nothing. To rule out if it was my controller/charge kit/battery pack, I tried 2 different controllers, 3 different battery packs, and 1 other play/charge kit and nothing worked. Would you guys say this is a usb problem with my 360 or what? I still have a year left on my extended warranty with best buy.

edit: nvm it won't even recognize controllers period. Tried a controller with batteries instead of a rechargable pack and it wouldn't connect either :/
