Rift is more like WAR than it is WoW. It's only really like WoW because the similar UI and quests, but every game from here on out will be like that.

Is there any way to spin the camera around yourself so you can see your front? The camera always sticks to your back and there is no option to unlock it.

the more i play this game the more i get addicted.....depending on if they add a instance queue/favor tab in pvp and whatever else they're going to add later on....i might have to use my 80 dollar rebate card on the collectors edition....D=.

I despised the graphics at first but got used to them now. I love how easy this game is to play. By easy I dont mean difficulty of the content but just things like picking abilities, etc. When you run up to a rift and you have an option to join a public group is awesome and so easy to do. Now SE needs to steal some of their ideas to fix 14.

Yeah, I really loved that. So easy to group up with people for all the events. Hell, even quests in the starter area for the guardians have at least one point where the game will auto-party you up with people nearby so everyone gets credit instead of letting someone cockblock the catapults that you need to fire for the quest.

Yeah I found that nice. Did an escort quest in the 2nd zone and it automatically started a party with other people that were waiting for the npc to respawn

Had much fun this weekend. Definately pre-ordering now, but I wanted to wait for one last handful of changes to see just how it is these guys work. Its not perfect, and will never be, but damn is it a lot of fun.

I think my favorite feature of the game was to join anyone at anytime that was killing my quest creatures. Need 15 of some item? Join someone killing them and loot all their creatures for your items. Made questing go 10x faster.
