Leveling as champion/riftstalker/beastmaster and i don't really have too many issues. I've set myself up for max damage, from the pet + thunder weapon dot, bleed dot, and en-fire. Are you guys seeing a massive jump at the later levels? Or is the HP/DMG output of mobs increased across the board?

Anyone finished an Artifact set? Kinda curious what they do since I've found various pieces here and there, but at best am like 1/3 or 2/5 on a set.

Yeah Sab is awesome in PvP. I'm usually at top damage or close to it if I'm not flag guarding/fetching or something. With Charge Booster it adds one extra charge for each charge you place, but only stacks once. So you can stack 5 different types of charges and it will be like 10 charges going off at once. Damn near one shots most people. I sub Night Blade in my PvP spec for the extra damage. Dark Malady increases your damage by 20% for 8 seconds then stack up charges, detonate, and people don't know what hit them. What's funny is people that get cocky because you're sitting there not doing any damage for like 6 seconds while you plant your charges, then you detonate, and they do an oh shit and start running away.

Everyone I see on my teams (Guardian, goddammit) just runs when they see someone putting charges on them. Its cowardly, but sabs just inspire that much fear. I probably die more on my champ to sabs than to anything else. In fact, I know I do. Everyone else, save for marksmen using execute finishers, can't do more than 500 on me, even for a crit. Sabs roll up and boom, 1k. Boom, 1.3k. BOOM! 1.9K!!

I've completed 5 or 6 sets. I actually spent a lot of time the first few betas just wandering around and collecting them. You get some random reward and money when you turn them in at the ncp.

You also get "Lucky Coins" for turning in Artifact collections which are currency to buy fun/cosmetic stuff like illusion items, pets, and at 100 coins a super fast epic mount. The artifact collector is also the lucky coin merchant.

Marksman solo leveling 40+ is the same way. My pet is level 35 and can't hold hate off me and the mobs hit hard. I can usually get the mobs to 35% by the time they get to me but then i'm instantly at 50% health. Forget it if i pull 2 mobs, i just book it out of there. Mobs are way too packed to be able to kite properly. It's just so much more fun to duo quest or run dungeons than solo quest.

The Ranger pet stops scaling at 30 if you don't put atleast 24 points into Ranger to get the Greater version. It can't tank or hold aggro much past that.

Well, we've run every instance possible and they all seem pretty easy honestly. They all pretty much have simple mechanics but i suppose that makes sense so groups can level. You usually end up with half a level per run which blows away questing. Going in 3 levels lower makes it a pain as tanks take a beating. Once everyone is the same level or above we pretty much don't even care about adds or links and just AOE everything down pretty quickly. It's so much more fun running group dungeons than solo questing in my opinion.

@Falisa: I hope we see some prominent site rise up soon, because I want to start logging my results of my tests for things like friendly NPC combat abilities. Every time I (as a guardian) summon my NPC squad to help close a foothold, I always wind up sitting back (after OPENING TEH CRYPTS!) and checking out all the abilities that the friendly NPCs use. There's a certain class that dresses just like a red mage, only without red; chapeau and all. I think its a blade-dancer.

Watching the ensuing battle always takes me back to FFXI's Campaign, one of the best experiences I had in that game. I still miss watching our NPCs wreck shit, especially Elivira and her gunnery.
