Perhaps they will be fixing the issues where you're not getting any increase in base stats for two levels and miniscule hp...like 8 a level. Pretty sure this is to "fix" aspir 2 though.

Iirc you stop getting any significant boost once you hit 65+. So it's not an issue..you've never gained a large increase once you hit the high end, only lower levels.
