Yeah, everything about this weeks episode was fantastic. The caravan train had me rolling the entire time, especially when Richard was yelling at James about the announcements.

Crazy lap times on the reasonably price car lately, man what i would give for a few laps on that.
Rowan is really an acting genius. I was rolling at his expressions all the time. Love that guy.
And as a train geek when I was young, I really loved this episode.![]()
I've never really been a big fan of Rowan/Mr. Bean.. but now that he's the worlds fastest goofy looking guy!..
Also, scum class, lol
I don't like Mr Bean at all, but Blackadder is god tier.
I knew it'd catch fire. You can't have caravans on the show without fire.
God, that was as brilliant as the convert cars to boats challenge.
The moment I saw the spoiler on Clarkson's Sport Train, I lost it.
And holy balls at at the GTR's performance at that price point.
It's really strange how unknown Blackadder is outside the UK.
You should check it out, it's much funnier than Bean and it also launched the careers of Hugh Laurie (Dr House) and Stephen Fry.
As characters, the Blackadders (one per era) are basically the polar opposite of Bean: intelligent, extremely cruel and even more ambitious.
The new GTR is certainly very nice, but not as cheap as the segment made it appear: 90 000€!
That's a bit steep, so for affordable relative performance it's still M3, 1M or RX8 (if you're lucky enough to live in a part of the world where fucking treehuggers aren't in power), basically.
Anyway, great ep. Last week was a bit dull (especially the Range Rover thing), this week certainly wasn't.
that newer GT-R is indeed incredible, i couldn't believe it beat fucking lambos and ferraris at that price point.
I've always loved Mr. Bean, this seasons guests were all awesome so far. I couldn't stop laughing at the trailer for Johnny English Reborn. Also yea scum class was too good but when that guy was getting shitted on in Jeremy's cart, that did it for me. lol
It beat the veyron. Pretty incredible.
I was a tad upset when i heard they were changing the episode style to be more entertainment driven, but I must say...
that was one of the greatest episodes of any show I've ever seen, tied up there with Futurama's Dog episode and Community Season Finales.
You're right, it's not a cheap car.
But it's cheapER than all the other (but for the Caterham) cars at the top of the board by at least half, and often far more.
And it's a "full" car, the Caterham is even cheaper, but you can't really get normal use out of one of those.
No denying that, it is an amazing car, great performance (faster than an Enzo/MC12, Murcielago or the old Veyron!), good looks borrowed from Skylines (it is their successor, afterall) and all that in a 4-seater and for ~65% of the price of a DB9... he or she who willingly turns that down is a fool.
That was just a comment about how tantalizing it is; the price point places it out of (my) reach, but not by the humonguous margin of usual supercars... so yeah, quite literally tantalizing.
I understand that, but I still really enjoyed the last three episodes, more so than some that had little to do with the cars themselves. Watching this, if not for the beginning review, is like watch the Top Gear gardening show that was posted a few weeks back. Indeed it was entertaining because of the hosts, but not why I started watching Top Gear.
as usual, US top gear season 2 ep 1 sucked to an extent, some funny moments.
Top gear UK was way too funny. "James what are they gonna do?" *episode ends* lmao.
I'm sorry but I really did not enjoy that episode. That's a first for Top Gear.

was also faintly disappointed, so much more could have been done with the army vehicles vs buildings segment, it felt tacked on at the end, really should have had more time devoted to it
I liked it. the spy sequence is amazing fagstalgia bomb
LMAO @ the Princess Diana joke
I liked the episode. Thought it was decent.
I loved the Interceptor bit.
:Clarkson has a piece of military hardware on a remote control: "How hard could it be?"
Even with it being a video on a laptop, it's hard to resist the urge to duck and cover with that kind of situation.
And they need to get Stig the Third on the Pro Lap Times already.
