That fucking SUCKS!
I'm moving to Louisiana in August though and I'm 99% sure we're done in Southeastern MA for the year. Holy fuck lol.
Almost walked out with that exact same thing, but ended up going in a different direction. Great looking ride dude.
Do the 2014 models receive a sizable price cut when the 2015 models come out? Waiting to see what the 2015 Optima is like.
Depends on deal, brand, and car model.
When I was shopping for my WRX, the 2013 models received an immediate 1200 off where they were only offering 5-600 off the 2014 models. Best bet is to check dealer websites in your area and you can try cars.com or truecar.com to see what areas are offering.
This just made me so happy. Semi-related.
Speaking of manual transmissions, Having a clutch in a truck does wonders to help scare off everyone that wants to borrow it to move or buy a bed or couch or, or, or.
I also enjoy controlling my speed without touching the brakes.
Congratulations on the new ride Sath. Just don't follow any of the examples in the video you posted and it won't blow up on you in the next 7 years.
My favorite is the corvette dude who turns his entire clutch into smoke in about 60 seconds.
Ugh burnt clutch is the worst.
I still can't help but cringe and giggle when the Bugatti goes for a swim.
Haha didn't even have to watch to know what Corvette dude you were talking about, holy shit what a moron.
My fave is the Viper that changes lanes and gasses it and hits the back of the van holy shit I almost see that happen on a daily basis.
Yeah I received #3K+ off the sticker price on my wife's Rogue. We got a brand new 2012 in February of 2013.
Car companies will offer larger incentives on cars that sell not as well also. Sometimes it's straight money off the sell price, some times it's ridiculously good financing or lease deals.
For instance, when were looking at the KIA SUV's:
The largest one in the 25K range loaded (Sorrento I believe, same class as the Murano), worked out cheaper per month than the Sportage (smaller, same size as the Rogue). They had ridiculous financing on the Sorrento's because they weren't selling. The Sorrento is full time AWD and as such suffers from some pretty crappy fuel economy with it being a vehicle car already, so it wasn't selling all to well at the time.
just finished fixing my sti, ended up doing a bunch of mods to it since the engine was coming out anyways:
-AMR CXR500 turbo
-740cc injectors
-TGV deletes
-Perrin EL Headers
-Lightweight crank pulley
-Grimmspeed uppipe
-Grimmspeed 3-port boost solenoid
-catless downpipe
-killer b oil pickup/baffle
-Competition Stage 3 dual friction clutch
-perrin silicone turbo inlet
-FMS bigger intercooler
hoping to have a bit more top end with these mods.. i was stage 2 when i blew it and noticed it always lacked a lot of high end power around 80+ mph. won't know until I get tuned next month though
btw, bought my sti when I was 19 purely with money I got from club live when everyone was exploiting which i discovered on this forum, lol. Big thanks to whoever posted that years ago
