Edit: and yeah, sucks what happened to the Hollywood industry. I’m pretty sure you’d be getting paid more than him if it weren’t or the strike. I don’t remember if your wife works, but I also make $110k myself, so that helps.

Strike didn't really matter for me, very little reality tv is union anyway. The terminal decline of cable/satellite tv is what is decimating my particular niche.

My wife works part time, makes great money considering.

I like them quite a bit and the 3rd row space is crazy. I could probably go full electric, but it's still tricky here with the lack of infrastructure in rural areas. We still have family that has to charge their vehicles at my house when they come visit from out of town.

Our car payments are about a grand a month right now between the tacoma ($450) and the audi ($550).

My new business isn't bringing in the kinda cash we need to sustain that long term yet so I'm actively shopping to get out of the audi lease (which ends in October anyway) and then gonna turn around and buy something cheap with AWD/4WD to put miles on.

i did get a note from an old employer that the small ownership stake i was given like a decade ago as comp in lieu of cash may actually pay out. so i can dream again of winning the lottery of exits and just managing my own money

It is going through his insurance. We just both happened to have Geico. They are valuing it at $63k. We had $61k left on the loan. So now trying to decide what we are going to do.

We might get a used R1S if we can lol. It’s sad because they don’t make the yellow anymore. I love that color.
