Backstory: I got invited to this abyssea party to open chests as 44 SCH. It was very slow getting started and had awful party setups and such and I noticed this one 74 DRK hitting for 0s and using Crescent Moon for 4 damage. I asked him what his GS skill was and he replied 181 and that he was using this as a skill up party. Of course I made a few comments about him being gimp (His gear was atrocious too obviously) throughout the party and decided to see if I could outdamage him on 44 SCH. Sure enough I tested a few mobs and even on 44 SCH, I was outdamaging him on fights he didn't use Souleater. About 2 hours later he tried to go on the offensive and try to shit talk me for being a leech and such and then he said the above and I'm pretty sure that little acc on homam head still isn't going to outweigh that 2% Haste even skilling up ;p I ended up leaving shortly after.

This story is full of ferrite-y. Mai waifu and I joined an Abyssea PT organized by him (Disztreem) on Sunday. He was there as PLD44 and only popped chests.

I don't really care, I know the score and we got to 80. Had a rough start and we nearly timed out from bad luck on TEs but we got it worked out. Just thought I'd mention the hypocrisy.

To be honest I'd rather have a Relic and work on great gear than the other way round, as getting a relic is a hard time consuming task.

Can get BB items pretty easily and just need luck in Salvage.

Is this a LS funded relic ? or is he in charge and just keeps all the coins, I know when I first started doing dynamis I didn't think anything of one person taking all the coins, and wouldn't be surprised that people still do it.

Fail of my own: I zone into abyssea-tahrongi for Cuelebre and see a trio led by one of LeviRemora's notorious retards buffing. I figure they might be going for it since they're magey and book it, kill cuelebre, go to check chukwa. They're fighting Chukwa(99% ticking back and forth to 100%). I watch for about 10 minutes, then exit. Come back for Cuelebre about 70 minutes later, kill it, check back on chukwa again since I still want a creed collar. Same group fighting, 35%. Total time since I zoned in the first time and saw them buffing: 105 minutes. I wait to watch them time out, figuring they'll hit 120 soon, but no such luck.. they must have used more stones. At about the 135 minute mark, they wipe to a stonega and I get it at 20%. No drops.
