Don't think any of us have a problem with a casual player, or a casual player having a relic. I don't see how you can use that logic though, is there a good reason for a casual player after 8 years that did obtain a relic to not be able to get a Black Belt?

I dunno, you can end up with full Usu for other jobs (could have levelled, say, pup as your "usukane" job then smn burned mnk to 75 later or something). But getting Siphari means you care about Monk specifically, and as such, there's no excuse for not having BB. Full Usu and brown belt is still silly imo, but it's on a different scale to Siphari and brown belt.
