they probably just punching in random shits then or going down a list
For real, I'd be playing Pokemon Black more if I could have it on my phone (gave away DS long time ago).
Hmm, didn't think of that haha. I don't really let people touch my phone though so probably wouldn't effect me.
Looking forward to playing around with Sense 3.0. No, I'm not replacing my N1 yet - this thing is still beastly. <3
Just got an HDMI cable for my Evo and my WiiMote back from someone.. Emulators on the Big screen!

how you manage to do that?
HDMwIn adds full HDMI mirroring to your (rooted) EVO 4G
Although it works with non rooted ones too i think now

Never played it myself, but apparently Pocket Legends is letting you have the premium content for free until May 4th. Check it out if you are/were interested in the MMO for Android.
Pocket Legends Goes Crazy, Goes Free! - Kotaku
Found this and thought it looked pretty sexy so sharing. Sucks that they are charging 15 dollars for it but I gotta admit I'm tempted..
I saw that the other day myself, but also saw this for those of you that want something similar that is free:
Regina Launcher - Market
am I the only person who only uses one home screen?
I have a main one that I use 90%of the time. Hi the rest are full of stuff I use sometimes and widgets
Main home screen has flow, maps, at bat, internet, camera, mes, gmail(that has all other emails in it) the the clock.
right of that is the friend stream, its kinda nice I guess, after that is my gmail widget.
Left of main screen, ezpdf reader, youtube, sync all(because I dont have it set to auto) my clock, shazam widget. Left of that is my agenda.
I use to use less home screens when I used launcher pro. Because the dock had 3-5 apps each(and I could have 5 docs lol).
RUU by HTC was leaked today for the thunderbolt. Its Hboot update(it has a radio update so its the only way) this will wipe your phone as well. Backup anything you want to keep(sms, call log, whatever else)
http://forum.androidcentral.com/thun...402-fixes.html
This is not a normal ROM update you can not flash with CWR. Its a full ROM
DO NOT UPDATE YOUR PHONE IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SOME ABOUT THE BACKBONE OF ANDROIDS SHELL.
Known Fixes:
SQLite API
GPS Location Services
LTE/3g Transitions
Audio Recodring
Video Playback
Proximity Sensor drain
what you need:
No how to use Hboot
Full perm Root(S-off)(its not signed so duh)
backup first(ok well not what you need but just do it)
How to go about updating via Hboot
1)if you have not done so already nandorid back up now
2)DL the file from the link posted above.
3) Rename it PG05IMG.zip
4)place it in the root of your SDcard folder.
5)Look to see its named right and is in the folder.
6)Power down the phone
7)hold the volume down button and then power button
8 )it should load to the scatbording page. wait a second for it to search the SD card
9)At this point it should find the PG05IMG.zip and ask you if you want to update (hit volume up)
10)update happens on its own and asks you to power down when done, restart the phone and you are done, like normal its going to take time on the first start up.
11)Once everything is working fine rename or get rid of the PG05IMG.zip file. Its just a pain in the ass when you want to get into recovery if the phone wont boot up. Dont have to but I like to.
For anyone that uses cyanogenmod it seems cyanogen himself picked up a G2x.
Yeah I saw that on his twitter. More than likely will be added to the list of supported phones.
Still hoping someone cooks up a Sense 3 ROM for older devices.

TB for 130 new user(new contract? ) I did not read it but I no new users can nab it for 130.
Anyone know how to change the default smileys on Android? I want to make them rage faces. ;D
Hope no one minds me asking, but I am extremely far behind on smart phones so looking to get my first. I have Sprint so limits my options. Currently Samsung Epic 4G, HTC Evo Shift and HTC Evo are the current smart phones you can buy from Sprint, but was also looking into older HTC phones like the Hero, but read that they have a lot of issues with slowness. I also started looking into rooting and read it helped the performance of the HTC Hero quite well among other pluses. I am trying to decide if going with a new phone is worth it or just go with an older one (HTC Hero is the only I have looked at so far).
Also, I read that there is a way to use rooted phones for tethering, but unsure which phones, if not all, you can do this with. Any information would be appreciated.
I would definitely advise against getting the HTC Hero. Go with Android device that is current gen/better or not at all.
Get an evo or evo shift. That or hold off till their next gen and it's only a few months at most.
