Whats the best Android phone that Tmobile has right now? and friend was asking me but I'm a sprint dude lol. I see the G2, G2x, Galaxy S 4G, and Mytouch 4G as the top phones from them, but which one is "the best'
I would say the G2X right now. The galaxy s 4g has like 400mb of app memory and gets filled up quickly.

Iv been told very good things from people about the G2X. Never got to play with one, but a few people I know seem to like them very much. I was not a fan of the Mytouch so really I cant see myself thinking anything well for the 4g.
Galaxy X phones have been hit or miss some people like them others say they have way to many draw backs(and lets not even talk about updates lol)

Running on my CM7 evo and noticed slight increase in speed and smoothness, but may be more noticeable on Sense or Blur.
I'd recommend disabling / uninstalling any memory optimization apps before using.
Do not purchase a G2x yet, we just removed it from the upgrade list temporarily. Tons of problems with the phone randomly power cycling itself right now. I own our G2 and Galaxy 4G, while I prefer the G2 as a phone, the Galaxy 4G is more friendly for people that want to customize/root the device.
Launcher7 is pretty cool, I need to try to get that WP7 music app next...
I like my Galaxy S 4G, haven't got super into rooting and custom shit but it seems like there's a decent community out there. Only drawback is the internal memory, so doing some rooting is nice to move apps to the SD card.
OMFG I wish the Evo 3D would hurry up and come out.. I'm seeing June 4th on studentrate as the expected date of release.. They won't fix my Evo4G unless i pay $100 for the insurance deductible and I see no point in paying that if the damn Evo 3D is coming on in less than a month
Damn, thought the deductible was only $50. My wife had to get her phone replaced and she called Sprint enough and got them to waive the deductible, though was only $50 for her phone. With Sprint changing their Premier line feature, screwing people out of the yearly upgrade couple months back, have to find a good used phone for my wife since no point having just one data phone on a family data plan. Though, still going to call Sprint a lot to see if I can get them to do a one time exception as I have read some have had luck with it.
Other good news also, Amazon has the Samsung Epic for $.01 and since I ordered less than a month ago, emailed them and got a refund for what I payed for it. Just icing on the cake for choosing the Epic.
people who jumped onto 2.3.4 love for the thunderbolt should rethink it... I just reverted back to 2.2 seems the leaked radio is bricking some phones.
going to miss GB ; ; they said they would post when they found out what is up.

Invite to Google Music Beta get. Gonna throw on a fresh rom and give it a go. Been using a buggy Desire HD ROM lately (linpack score of 6 mflops is terribad lol).
This is good, especially since i want the Evo3d
HTC Will Unlock The Bootloaders on Its Android Devices
https://www.facebook.com/HTC/posts/10150307320018084
"There has been overwhelmingly customer feedback that people want access to open bootloaders on HTC phones. I want you to know that we've listened. Today, I'm confirming we will no longer be locking the bootloaders on our devices. Thanks for your passion, support and patience," Peter Chou, CEO of HTC
Awesome move on HTC's part.
Yes indeed. Means I'll definitely keep purchasing their phones going forward.
Really hope Google partners with HTC again for the next Nexus phone. Samsung vs HTC is like a no-brainer when it comes to build quality .
